Aiming to create an exclusive and private housing area, Prima Villa contrasts itself from the surrounding housing areas by its distinct architecture that reflects a modern and contemporary lifestyle.

The use of lattice screens as vertical planes was introduced to minimise homogeneity along the streetscape while defining the different privacy zonings for each unit type. Bold colours were also used to accentuate vertical and horizontal façade elements, creating individualism for each unit type and breaking the monotony of the streetscape.
