A monochrome commercial block consists of a palette of concrete finish, aluminium cladding and tinted glass.
The building was designed within a constraint of area and authorities planning parameters, to create an articulated form amidst the visual and physical disorder of surrounding shop houses.


The 10 storey landmark wholesale center along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur represents a new urban infill rejuvenating the surrounding area by serving as a node and focal point to the surrounding shop lot.
