Kompleks F is a development of government office building comprises of 11 blocks on a 3 storey parking podium in Precinct 1, Putrajaya. It is strategically located adjacent to the commercial, government office complex, school & etc. Spreading across 34.17 acres of land, it is nestled between Persiaran Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Lebuh Perdana Timur.

The planning for Kompleks F was designed as a series of layers, building forms and traffic circulation which would contribute to the different user experiences as one progresses into the site. This layering effect was construed from the traditional ‘Songket’ garments; where the weaves of the different threads are intricately woven together to produce the final piece. The analogy of the ‘Songket’ had been further explored with the usage of a variety of materials, colours and textures throughout the development of Kompleks F.

Designed as sustainable development, the buildings have been clustered around small pocket parks and landscaped avenues to minimize heat gain at the ground surface areas.
