This 12 storey high quality budget hotel occupying a small site of 0.4 acre, is designed to take advantage of the views towards the lake.

The building has a built form of rectangular geometry punctuated by an aperture created for recreation facilities. The theme was further reinforced by a playful pattern of coloured rectangular pattern. Layered with distinct horizontal extrusions on the facade, the building exudes a bold and vibrant expression.
