QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM



Pakatan Reka Arkitek Sdn Bhd has a quality management system (QMS) which is based on IS0 9001:2015, the International Standard for Quality Systems, 'Model For Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Installation and Servicing'.

We are the first architectural firm in Malaysia to be ISO 9001 certified for our scope of services in architecture, planning and interior design.

The objective of our QMS is to ensure that our clients and projects receive professional services which are of high quality and in accordance with international standards and requirements as stipulated by the International Standards Organisation (ISO).



Our clients and projects are hence assured of consistent level of high quality services structured to an international standard.

Pakatan Reka Arkitek’s Quality Policy is to provide architecture, planning and interior design consultancy services for development projects and assignments that meet the requirements and quality standards agreed with the Client to achieve Client satisfaction and to conform with professional and regulatory standards to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

To aim to provide quality service and exceed Clients' overall expectation and satisfaction for at least 80% of PRA's Clients from results of Client surveys.

To provide unique design solutions for each project by achieving 100% non-repeated

design during Schematic Design and Design Development.
