Blok F1 consists of 13-storey office building on a three storey car park podium acts as the landmark building for the overall development of Kompleks F, the newly completed government complex in Precinct 1, Putrajaya.

Blok F1 sits prominently on the apex of Kompleks F. The star-shaped plan of Blok F1 is also expressed by its triangular architectural screen facades of geometrical patterns.

The screens alongside with façade claddings and colours are intricately woven to evoke the effect of glittering ‘Songket’. Diamond cut-outs are also integrated at all corners of F1 to create faceted features that enhance its form. Blok F1, F2 and F3’s ‘Songket’ façade is meant to be read together as its faces the main road.

F1 has been certified GBI Gold.
